Pharmacology Recall by Ramachandrian is the best pharm REVIEW book by far. The power review is worth the cost of the book. Has everything that you need and nothing that you don't need.
If you are looking for a textbook, Katzung Basic Pharmacology is excellent if you don't have the time to read Goodman and Gelman.
Thank you for this thread. Pharm is currently kicking my butt.
How does the Recall serious compare to the Deja Review series?
What do you guys think of PharMneumonics? I have the immuno ones and I found them helpful. I was going to buy the Pharm ones but they have poor reviews on Amazon. I was wondering how they compare to the immuno cards.
I have the Katzung text which has a lot of good information. But I need something more. I need to make a wise purchase in the coming days because I can't keep these drugs straight.

+1 more for Pharm Recall👍+1 for Pharm Recall.
But I think the best is probably flashcardexchange.com. There are a few people on there who have really good cards for pharm.
Try this review that I wrote for myself a while ago. Print it and carry it around when you are in the hospital and you will learn a lot very fast. http://www.geocities.com/shortestpharmreview/pharm_review.html
