What is the difference between pharmacy associate and pharmacy technician at Walmart pharmacy or any other pharmacy ?

Pharmacy associate can only ring people up at the register. Tech's can fill and type prescription, basically anything besides pharmacist duties of course. Pharmacy associate usually leads to being a tech anyway so if that's all you are able to get take it.
