We have an interview feedback section of SDN where you can look at the schools in which you are interested or the ones to which you have applied to see previous interviewees' experiences. Have you looked through that? If not, you would want to start there.

They wont know you applied to only one school unless you tell them. Find a good book on job interview techniques and adapt it to school. I think there is even some books on medical school interviews that may be helpful.
