Currently im taking my BS Pharmacy major in Clinical Pharmacy here in Philippines and hoping to work in Canada in the future. The problem is BS pharmacy is no longer acknowledge there.
Would that mean i need to earn my PharmD before i can take foreign exams and be called licensed pharmacist (if ever i can pass it) in Canada or after graduating from clinical pharmacy would that be enough for me to take the said exams? what are the other options? If there are any.

Thank you in advance! 🙂

P.S. im newly licensed pharmacist here in Phil. (Under BS in Pharmacy)

I worked with a couple of people in your position. If you graduate from a foreign after 2005 (I think that is the year) you HAVE to have a PharmD - no exceptions, if you want to practice in the US. So your options are to get a PharmD from a US school or a PharmD in the Phil (which is what my friend did - he went back home to finish the class work)
