Read my posts on the software engineering career track. I believe that is an EXCELLENT track and actually one of the most future proof. You can graduate with a B.S. and jump into a near 100k job. Mid career engineers are making over 150 total comp in metro areas.
MD is a good career and will likely continue to be so BUT the return on investment for the MD track has declined over the past 10 years substantially and that is because of the massive increases in medical school debt loads.
Physician Assistant is an OK career. 10000x better than pharmacy. I think the only risk with PA is the salary may have some downward pressure and saturation may be an issue at some point. Also the debt is high 100k+
