Hello,
I am a freshmen and i was suppose to start college in the fall but i couldnt decide which math to take bc the result of my placement exam was between the higher math and lower math and i ended up dropping everything because i was frustrated and upset with myself. I want to go back in next semester in the winter but i have lost my scholarship and the only way to get it back is by take 24 credits during the winter and spring/summer semester (combined). I am not sure if i will be able to do that but i really want my scholarship back and i dont want to fall behind even further because i am already placed in low classes due to act score. I was thinking about taking these courses for winter semester:
Intro to bio w/ no lab -3credits
Elementary alg-5 credits
History-4 credits
Eng-3credits
15credits in winter

Summer:
Intermediate algebra- 5credits
Bio cellular w lab -4credits
Communication-3credits
12credits in summer

I am extremely afraid of not being able to complete all these before next fall to recieve my scholarship.
My summer course are not rushed like some colleges, they are still the same as during the school year, 3months.
Will this be too much for summer although they are 3months for each course?
The summer course go from may to beginning of august. I am afraid i will be in school from winter of this year to summer and then i go back so basically i wouldnt really have a break and i would have to start again in the fall of next year. I am not in school right now during this semster. Basically the time i took off from college for this semester is my second summer. Is taking 3 summer courses going to be too hard for me? Please help i feel like i ruined my life right now and i dont know what to do

In my opinion, sometimes you have to sacrifice your free time to "catch up" or be up to par to where you want. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort, I don't see why you aren't able to handle the load. However, you know your academic capabilities in terms of what you can and can't do. I struggled a lot balancing large loads of classes, so I took it one step at a time and it helped me on the long run. I feel it's better to take your time and do well than rush and be mediocre. Focus on ways to improving yourself 😉

The issue is getting the scholarship though so I don't know, it's really your call. Wasn't really clear on your problem of falling behind (I'm assuming you have an option of taking it slow but want the scholarship ASAP so you're rushing?)

Yes see i lost the scholarship and i feel bad for parents if i dont get it back its all my fault and i dont want them to pay for it that way. I am behind because i didnt start the current semester because i lacked so much conidence and it all felt too much for me. I want to go back but dont want to overwhelm myself again but still want to get the scholarship back. Is 27 credits too much for the winter and summer semesters or is it doable?
