I was wondering if anyone knows how I can obtain records of my Pharmacy purchases? Is there some central database that I can contact and find out what medication I had, and when I received it? I am filling out some paperwork for my pilot license and it asks for medication history for the past 3 years. Thanks!!

If you use the same retail pharmacy all the time, go there & ask them to print your records for the time period you want.

If you use multiple pharmacys - go to each with the same request.

Don't worry about any medications you may have received during an acute urgent care or hospitalization - ie lidocaine for sutures.

Each request will take about 5 minutes to process & print, altho if the pharmacy is really busy they may ask you to come back to pick it up later. Your request is a common one.
