I seem to have trouble finding this answer since I am not sure how residencies work. Do most pharmacy schools provide residencies for their graduating students? I understand you need to apply for it and be competitive (gpa, letters of rec, etc) but do schools actually set things up with local hospitals, clinics, etc?
I guess one of the questions I have for an interview is "Does your school offer any residencies for graduates who want to pursure clinical pharmacy?" But if schools don't do ever do this, I don't want to sound clueless (which I am!!)
