hi ......Any of you applied to pharmacy school in chicago, or got accepted there this year please share your experience about the interview process there, application process or your statistic (GPA, PCAT, experience).....I'm from the state of texas, and my fiance will be doing his radiology residency there so I'll be applying to only schools in chicago....please please, any infor is greatly appreciated.

As u may know, Chicago only has 2 COP's: UIC and Midwestern CCP (which is actually in a suburb called Downers Grove). I applied to both schools last year(no interviews or acceptances) and reapplied for this fall. I have an interview for UIC next week. I have a Bachelor's in Biology from LUC, a cum gpa of 3.0 and PCAT composite in the 91st percentile. I also have 7 years (this July) experience working as a pharm tech in a hospital. I havent heard from Midwestern yet, but UIC is my first choice. Will post my interview experience once completed. Any other ?'s, please feel free to pm me. 🙂

Hello. I interviewed at UIC on the 24th and should here something by the end of April. I think the interview went okay and posted my experience in the interview section. I just received notice that I am invited for a MCV at Midwestern on the 11th or 18th of April. Don't know which I am going to yet but will post. BTW, I am also on the alternate list for Creighton's web-based program. Hope this helps 🙂 .
