I am planning on applying to pharmacy schools very soon, and I was just wondering if anyone who is currently a pharmacy student (or recent graduate) would be willing to send me a few Powerpoint presentations from one of the harder classes, such as therapeutics. If so, could you please send me a sequential set of PPTs that a specific test was based on? (For example, if a particular test covered 3-5 PPT presentations, please send me those 3-5). I'm just curious to get an idea of the volume and nature of the content students are tested on.

Thanks!

Five PowerPoint's would literally be less than two weeks of class....

I'm just throwing out an example -- in the PA program I was in, most tests would cover 3-5 PPTs that each contained 60-100 or more slides. Sometimes, in a class that met only once a week, we would cover one huge PPT file over 2 weeks, for example. Basically, I'm just curious to see what's covered on a typical pharmacy test for one of the especially hard classes (e.g., therapeutics).

A much better idea would be for you to get some work or volunteer experience in pharmacy. It sounds like you've struggled the most with practical application and PPTs may not help with that. (Not that I'm completely opposed to sending you PPTs - I just don't have them anymore.)
