Does anyone know when Certiphi will contact you to schedule the drug screening? I have already completed the background check a couple weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back about the drug screening. I ask because I will be out the country for most of the summer, and am trying to take care of all the necessary requirements for the pharmacy program before I leave.

Please let me know as soon as possible! Thanks so much guys!

Normally you schedule it yourself...most of the places they are contracted with do it on a walk in basis. They should have given you directions in a word document on how to proceed with the drug screening. You can log in to the certiphi website and view the documents again.

I've only been emailed by Certiphi about the background check, nothing about the drug screening yet. I called certiphi to see how I schedule the appointment and they said my school needs to initiate it to them, and then they will send me an email with the details of what to do and where to go. I just feel odd asking my school when they are going to initiate the drug test...makes it seem like I have something to hide or worry about, even though I don't. Help!

Ask and don't give your name? Nobody here can know what you're asking.

What does my name have to do with anything?

You mentioned being worried about the school thinking you have something to hide. I believe the above poster is saying call up the school, give a brief summary of situation (I'll be out of the country during the summer, will this affect when I take my drug test)..and leave out your name.

The first thing they ask when you call the school is "who's calling?"...

If working in retail has taught me anything, it's that people making telephone calls rarely, if ever, actually answer questions or respond appropriately to employees' half of the conversation. Just explain your query and ignore theirs.
