I would like to write a program that tracks dispensing errors then graphs them to allow pharmacies to fix the cause of the errors. What do you guys think about the idea and would you be willing to help me design it?

I already have it...it's as simple as tracking it in excel with a monthly graph... and/or there are programs already out there for commercial use.

Fixing Med Error isn't as easy tracking it then fix it. It's a multi-discplinary project involving pharmacy, physicians, nursing, and quality department.

If you do program a superior product at a good price, pm me the info then I'll evaluate it.
