Hello everyone!

I am in a major problem at my current pharmacy school. I am currently in my second semester of my first year (P1) at an accredited pharmacy school. Last semester I had to go away for 2 weeks and missed my midterm in a communication class in the curriculum and have an F. Now I could not take lab this semester as it was a pre req. I am behind in my class by 1 lab class (as I can take the comm class next fall but will be lagging by one lab each sem; received B+/A in rest of classes (school doesn't have A-)). I desperately want to transfer/find solution to get back on track. My major priority is graduating on time and saving money. By going a year behind I have to pay additional year tuition. I understand it is uncommon and difficult to transfer, but there are a few successful cases. I am calling schools non stop but would really appreciate it if any of you here has done this or know some1 who has I would really appreciate it. Also how to I tackle this? I dnt want my current school to know I might be looking into this option but I might need letters from the dean. how do I go about this? Any suggestion/advice is very helpful.

There are many threads about this. The chances of being able to transfer in good standing is very slight. The chance of transferring in poor standing...0.0000001%. Sorry.

And graduating on time is not going to happen. When I looked to transfer (in good standing) I still would have had to repeat my P2 year at the one school that would consider a transfer.
