PharmCAS - Duration of processing & Review

PharmCas received my transcripts on June 11.
E-submitted my application on August 3.
My GPA & courseworks were verified on August 8.

BUT my application has not been mailed to my designated pharmacy school.

Is it suppose to take this long? I thought once my GPA has been verified then the application gets mailed. Does anyone know what is going on? The only thing that is missing is that one of my references has not submitted the LOR. But the PharmCAS instructions said that "PharmCAS will begin to forward your references to your designated pharmacy schools once your file is complete. PharmCAS will NOT hold your application for missing references."

Should I contact PharmCAS and ask them what is going on, or is it normal to wait for this long? I even submitted my supplementals already.

I believe pharmcas mails out on Mondays only.

I submitted my application on 7/29 but it didn't get mail out until the 8/11. I don't know why PharmaCAS took that long to mail out my application. In your case, you just have to wait a little.

i'm in the same situation as you (submitted 8/2) and I emailed pharmcas, and they told me it'd go out this monday the 18th :]

My application finally got sent today 😀. So for anyone who is anxious or is the same boat as I was, apparently we have to wait for 2 weeks after the e-submission to get our application sent out😡. However, my friends said that this is a lot faster compared to when you e-submit later from September onward because it might take up to 3-5 weeks (according to Pharmcas).

Here is a little time frame:

e-submit: 8/3/08
GPA verification: 8/8/08
application mailed: 8/18/08

On the right hand side where it says Status at the top and lists everythign under it such as GPA calculations, Transcripts, etc...
