PharmCAS entering coursework question

Hey all,

I'm in the process of applying through PharmCAS and I'm currently entering in my coursework...while looking at the instructions it says that I should obtain a copy of the official transcripts since there might be differences but I was wondering if it's really necessary to get a copy of the official transcripts and use that to enter in the courses...or if it's sufficient enough to use the unofficial transcripts??
