PharmCAS Requesting Transcripts

I had a question about requesting transcripts from schools. If I need to provide the form from PharmCAS, does that mean I need to go to the school in person to visit the registrar and drop it off?

I do see that you can order the transcript online from my schools but how would I be able to attach that form as well? Thanks in advance.

I highly doubt it. With people applying across the country Im sure you can do everything online. Im able to send transcripts from my school's website. Plus no one ever accepts handed transcripts, it needs to be sent from the school itself to be legit. I would contact pharmcas or your school if you're having trouble.

Usually 3rd party websites that service transcript requests have a step where you can attach documents (I.e like the PharmCAS form). I took my prereqs at a few different schools and if they weren't handled by the 3rd party website, the school either had me fax over the form I wanted my transcripts to be sent with or their internal transcript request allowed me to attach a pdf to it.

Has anyone sent a transcript with the form not attached? I was able to attach it to one school that I attended, but the other one did not allow me when I submitted the transcript request and they are in a different state. I went ahead and requested the transcript, but if pharmcas will definitely not accept it, I will try to email someone and find out who I need to talk to about attaching this form.

I had attended two schools and just emailed both. One allowed me to attach it online and the other just told me to email the completed form to them along with my school id number and they'll attach it for me before they mail it out.

For my undergrad school, I had to go in person and hand them the form. I think it's better to do so because you don't want to have any issues and make the process longer.

Hi everyone - my university had the option to attach the form. My other credits from CC had to be faxed in with the request. Thanks for everyone's feedback!

I attended schools in 3 states, and I couldn't travel to all of them to give them the transcript request from. In addition, there was no option for me to attach the request when I made the transcript request. I talked to PharmCas and they told me they'd prefer to have it, but it wasn't that big of a deal if I didn't have it, and would only delay the process by about one day as compared to if they got the transcripts with the request forms. I could have mailed the request forms, but I feel like that would have delayed everything more rather than just waiting that one day. I asked my schools for all my transcripts on July 19th, and all of them were received and my GPA was calculated by today, which wasn't that bad of a wait.
