PharmD Partnership Program

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
University of MN has one done already..they have the main campus and a satellite campus in Duluth(from my understanding)

We are starting one in UT in 2006..it will be in Knoxville..

I think that is what you are talking about..i was talking to somebody at UNC about the program and I think it is similar to what we have going on. We are doing 75 people at our satellite campus and our total enrollment will be 200.

UF has 3 distant campus sites already...and most of us at the distant sites really like it. One really nice thing about the campus sites is it allows people who have families or other obligations to still attend pharmacy school whom would otherwise not be able to if the distant site wasn't available. 👍

The UF distance sites will be graduating their first class this year. That class is small because people didn't know what to expect. But now distance sites are really popular options.

Yesterday on Blackboard they said that they had an opening in Gainesville if any 3rd year student wants to transfer. Although some students in St Pete wanted Gainesville initially, I don't think that anyone would leave their classmates at this point.
