Does anybody know if you are a pharmacist and decided to do medicine woud the medical school expect more from you as far as MCAT scores and etc... or not?

The one thing they would expect from you is a good reason for you to change from PHarmD to MD.

True, but no matter what your background, they're going to want a good reason for your applying to med school. There is at least one surgeon I work with who did what you're asking about; he went to pharmacy school then med school because he didn't want to be a pharmacist.
