Drexal was on probation but they seemed like they were headed in the right direction. I really liked their program a lot and if it wasn't for the probation status, it would have been in my top 2 or 3. The chair is definatly pushing the program in the right direction and I think they have all the makings of a solid program. This could be the type of program where you get in on the ground floor and graduate w/a more prestigous degree than when you started. Its a small program only 8 resident/yr (I think) but its up to you whether its a good or bad thing. I'd definatly apply to the program and go on the interview, especially if you're interested in matching philly.
