Photo Not uploaded to ERAS post office

So is anyone else having this problem? I thought that the school uploads a photo for you and as long as you can check the box in the application, there should be a photo available. But now that I've submitted applications to programs, the ADTS says my photo hasn't been uploaded to ERAS post office. Just wondering if the delay is normal considering everything else, including USMLE transcript has been uploaded within a couple of hours.

Not a critical issue, just wondering if I should be doing anything to get it uploaded.

However, my school is uploading other stuff like transcript and MSPE for me, so I assume the photo is taken care of by them as well. My transcript is up there already. Does being an IMG make this thing longer?

I upload my own picture. Only your school will know if they're uploading a photo or not.

No. the photo must be uploaded by you, not your school.

I thought the photo will be uploaded instantly but ECFMG says it'll take at least two business days. Should I still send the apps out today and just add the photo when it gets uploaded?
