Cyclic Photoynthesis: Only ATP is formed via photosystem I (P700)?
Non-Cyclic Photosynthesis: O2, NADPH, and ATP formed via both photosystem I and photosystem II?

Is this right, many websites have it opposite but i think this is right, someone please confirm thanks...

yup i believe you got it right. other sites have it different? weird...

yea i went on google images to like visualize it and they have it all weird but i found one that was right and matched it to wiki

You are correct. Only the non-cyclic reactions utilize both photosystems, and the breakdown of water to fill electon holes.

although i found that only p700 is mainly responsible for absorbing light. the rest are just accessory pigments. (chlorophyll b and carotenoids)

yea true that, accessory pigments just help give high energy electrons to photosystem I???
