Should I classify this as social science or biology according to AMCAS standards? This is physical anthropology, NOT cultural anthropology.

Page 40 of the 2012 AMCAS instruction manual says anthro classes should be classified as social science. I'd go with that. I have a BA in anthro and, I understand your thinking, there is some overlap, but no way is a physical anthro class like a biology class.
