No need for physical exam, just get an imaging study. 😀

well, i'm not so much concerned about the actual procedures....more the logic behind it. i.e. If we're examing the mouth, be aware the disease x is a possiblity, what is normal/abnormal/etc., possibly a definition of a common abnormality encountered, etc., or normal vital signs....basically something like a summary of the explanations in swartz.

It's called Harrison's but it's not that portable. Kind of heavy in your pocket.

Seriously this kind of stuff only comes with clinical experience. No one will expect you to know all the different physical exam findings for all the specific diseases. Granted people like to test you on fun little facts from PD liked "slapped cheek rash" with Parvo B19 etc. As PD students all we are going to be expected to know is how to do a proper and complete exam, the rest we learn as our clinical knowledge expands.

But to give you an answer, maybe there is something out there for the new Step 2 CS. A review book for that exam may have some of the stuff you are looking for. I don't know but may be worth checking out.
