we have to get titers drawn for med school. i was wondering if i have to do this prvately or if i can get it dont for free at MEPS or somewhere? anyone know anything about this?

I had it done on base. I was stationed at the base, though.

i am in chicago right now....will be moving out to Phoenix in 2 weeks...i am in reserves so i am not stationed on a base otherwise it wouldnt be a problem. i was hoping on getting it done at the Great Lakes Naval Base which is close by or at the MEPS, which is even closer

I don't think MEPS (military entrance processing) will do medical work for you. The base probably would. Have you called the base clinic?

It does help, but 2Lt rank (or equivalent) won't buy as much respect as you might hope, either. I've gotten much better results as a Capt than I remember getting as an Lt.
