Hey!!
I noticed some schools have the option of uploading a resume/CV, and I was wondering what would the preferred format of a CV/resume look like for applying to PT schools. Would it make sense to have separate sections of Observation Hours, Work, Volunteering, and Extracurricular like it is broken up on PTCAS? Or would it be better to split it up differently?

Unpaid experience goes under Volunteering. Paid jobs go under Work. Extracurricular: whatever does not fit to the 2 categories above.
Those are not requirements of course. Just make sure your resume is CLEAR and in a format that is easy to read and straight forward. No muli-colors, no multi-fonts, no muli-bullet points. It's ok to highlight titles and have bullet points, but do it as simple as possible. Also make sure your descriptions are straight forward and not lengthy (1-2 lines should be enough).
