I have been looking into going to Physical therapy schools in Europe and central Europe but I haven't found much information. I see that it's pretty normal to go abroad (though difficult to return to the states) for one's MD but I don't really know how popular it is to do PTD. Is it difficult to find a job once you return to the states? Is it possible to just continue on abroad? What are the best countries and schools to study throughout the world, not just the USA? Anybody....anybody?

One thing to remember: Europe/Australia does a Master's degree in physiotherapy, but not a doctorate. So if you plan on coming back to the States after graduating abroad, you would still need to do the tDPT (assuming that Vision 2020 stays in effect).

I initially applied to Robert Gordon University in Scotland, but had a very negative experience with them, since they were extremely disorganized and they literally forgot about my interview time.

I also have a friend who will be attending University of Queensland in Australia starting in November for his Master's degree in physiotherapy. If you want more info, PM me.
