Reveiwed posts to date and wanted to know if anyone had expierence with them in the past 6-12 months.

Trying to figure out what the real deal is before setting things up.

thanks

Are you astroturfing? Or, do you really want to know? I have no experience with this organization, but I can tell you that a lot of banks will offer similar deals directly to physicians/residents without going through a third-party.

I am also curious. Was going to give them a call but thought I would look around a bit. I am very interested to hear what others are doing for good loans for this coming year. It's all a little bit intimidating at this point. I will be one of those that won't be able to put money down for a house and will have to find something that fits that criteria. Any suggestions with regards to loans will be helpful.

astrosurfing? huh? never saw me post before? no i am not surfing, just want to know.

you don't have to go through a mortgage broker. a few banks offer doctor's loans; i have one through suntrust. BOA has one as well.

i remember there being a mortgate forum here on SDN when i was trying to find out info about this stuff a couple years ago; it may be called the finance and investment forum. i a lot of the info i need from there...

also would recommend buying "mortgage for dummies" from the bookstore. all this stuff is not hard to comprehend, but if you don't have a background in it (most of us don't) it helps with the terminology and lingo, and will make going through all the fine print paperwork a lot easier; you'll understand what things mean and what the bank/mortgage lender/real estate agent are talking about.
