I'm a third year med student who's been interested in Radiology for awhile.

I'd like to know how much physics you really need to know to enjoy/succeed in Radiology. Physics was not one of my favorite basic sciences, but I really enjoy interpreting imaging studies.

Any advice appreciated....

All the physics you will need to know, you can learn in the couple of months before the exam. Look for a program that offers a good lecture series to prepare for physics. It is practical imaging physics that will help you understand the images you are seeing.

It is a bs exam you just have to pass.... so you sit down and learn it and remember the stuff which is important. I can't remember the last person I have ever heard about that has failed that exam.
