physics oat - kaplan comparison?

can someone who recently took the OAT compare kaplans practice tests to the real oat? i am finding their physics sections hard and calculation based, is this an accurate representation of the real test

I would say it's half calculation based and half conceptual. The calculations are based more on knowing the right equations to use and plugging in the numbers in your head. I personally used a kaplan mcat physics review which was very helpful along with chads videos.

Physics on kaplan is HARDER than on the real test but it is GOOD practice! It helps prepare you for the real test. I agree with the above post that Chad's video is also super helpful (especially his quizzes)
