a little help here please?

A horizontal spring is lying on a frictionless surface. One end of the spring is attached to a wall while the other end is connected to a movable object. The spring and object are compressed by .065 m, released from rest, and subsequently oscillate back and forth with an angular frequency of 11.3 rad/s. What is the speed of the object at the instant when the spring is stretched by .048 m relative to its unstrained length?

A 3.0 kg block is between two springs. Neither spring is strained when the block is at the position x=0 m. The block is then displaced a distance of .070 m (to the left, towards a spring with k =450 N/m) from the position where x=0 and is released from rest. What is the speed of the block when it passes back through the x=0 m position? Also, determine the angular frequency of this system. The k for the left spring is 450 N/m and the k for the right spring is 650 N/m.
