lets just assume that cardiorespiratory are the two heavily emphasized topics in physiology. let's also assume that you study those topics hardcore and do really well (which is just great). Now let's take a look at what would happen if the exam you get is heavy in the topics that you didn't focus so heavily on.... you may be screwed. I think it's just best to cover all the material as well as you can and hopefully the topics that you're good at show up on the exam but you'll be prepared if they don't
