Picking Letters of Reccomendation

I am trying to decide what 3 LOR's I should use for my Neuro application. I have an incredible letter from a Family Practioner, letter from a Neurologist who is an Asst. Professor at Drexel U, 2 letters from other neurologists one who is the program director at an osteopathic program and one who is just an attending at a hospital but knows that program director at Cleveland Clinic very well. I also have a great letter from an ICU rotation I did from the program director of the transtional program at a hospital in phila. I will be doing a sub-I at Drexel in July and an elective at the Cleveland Clinic in October but I will be sending out my application before I can receive a letter from either of these rotations. I am not sure what 3 of these to use. Anyone have any opinions on what the best 3 would be. Thanks
