How important are the pictures that the schools request?

In the supplemental material guide on AADSAS, some want them when you send the money. If you don't send it/send it late, does it reflect poorly on you b/c it looks like you can't follow directions? Are you supposed to take professional pictures, or just passport ones from costco? It seems kinda funny to send a bad quality picture... This is probably the least important aspect of the application, but I was just curious... I don't want to wait to send my money and get my application moving because I need to take a picture... you know?

Also, when you send a high school transcript, it should be "official" right (sent directly from HS?)

If I were you pictures would be the least of my concerns. Just go to your local Eckards (if you have one in the city) and tell them you need to make 2x2 passport pictures.

Yes, the HS transcript that U of Buffalo wants should be official and sent directly from school. send everything when they ask for it as ad comms dont really like incomplete files. And as Edge said, 2 x 2's would do it. make sure show your teeth though!!!
