Any insight into the PICU fellowships in NYC? Strengths, weaknesses, trends, etc.

LIJ, Columbia and Cornell are the programs I know. I don't know any specifics about any of the programs, but I will say that all the programs are good. I will also say that generally speaking, every program will give the same training as far as practicing pediatric critical care and the differences in clinical training are minute and have no impact on skill obtainment. There are differences in the scholarly project portions of training between programs (I don't specifics about those programs) but most fellows don't consider that when picking programs. The best way to find out though is apply and see for yourself.
