I-376 is pretty bad if you are coming in during the morning rush. Once you get into Oakland, Pitt is right there, so even if the traffic is bad, you don't have far to go.

Could you define morning rush hours over there? 7-8? 8-9?
ATL is more like 8-9.

Others mat disagree. but I think the morning rush is from 6-8...definetely worse around 7...
Where are you coming from? That plays a factor sometimes too
Not sure if they give you special parking info. Parking on the UPMC campus can be hell, especially early in the morning. Also, if you dont park on the top of the hill, you might want to bring a pair of walking shoes....*just a thought*...
