hi!i need some info about what scores neuro programs would consider good enoug(!!!) to screen an application for their residency program.i am very interested in neuro and have got 217 in my step one.thats 88%.i am 24yrs old and am a 2003 graduate.i plan to apply with my step two and hopefully step three score as well.alothough i should mention that i am a non citizen and a fmg at that!!!!also what do you think about the boston university medical centre program for neurology.i am am only aiming at a decent university program.would really appreceiate it if you could reply ASAP ,as i plan to log on to the sf match soon.thank you! 🙂

I am certain that you will get a position in neurology. All you need is a heartbeat and you will be accepted. The only difficulty will be getting into a top 10 program. But you should have no problem matching somewhere. Remember to apply to multiple programs. Good luck and don't worry! People are leaving neurology for other fields because it is a very low paying specialty.

You have a competitive step 1 score for neurology. Good luck. Just a friendly bit of info about the 2 digit score: many imgs think it is a percentage score, which it is not.
