So.. I have been accepted to Midwestern MA program for plan B, but cost of attendance makes me wonder if this is the right plan B. Should I apply other cheaper SMPs (Tulane Pharmacology, UNTHSC MS in BMS), or just stick with Masters at Midwestern? Seems like MWU is the best option out of 3 since its linked to Midwestern dental schools. Any suggestions?

For those of you in 1-yr MA program at Downers Grove, is it guaranteed interviews at both AZ and IL campus after fall and winter quarter? Is it worth the money to attend Midwestern MA in BMS? What is the acceptable DAT range for the guaranteed interview? (Im not quite getting scoring not less than one standard deviation below the mean score deal)

What are your stats like now? I mentioned it elsewhere, but it's an expensive road to head down. You have to do well in the program plus the whole AA thing. I haven't really looked into the 'within one standard deviation of the AA of the previous class' thing. I'd just aim for whatever their average was. But it's mega cash for the masters, on top of what their tuition is if you can get an interview. I guess I'd call it guarantee. That's their end of the deal if you uphold yours. It'll help with other schools, but I'd go in ready to accept tuition of attending there. If you'd be moving to do your masters there, then I'd look for a cheaper option. I'd really make sure this is the best plan B anyway.

Thanks Jeffity! I'll pm you.
