Planned Courses in AADSAS?

I've had a situation in which I cannot take a course (Anatomy) that I listed in my planned courses of AADSAS due to the course no longer being offered next semester. However, I know for particular schools, they require that you follow up with all the courses listed. Will this affect any potential decisions?
