Planned/intended pre-pharmacy course

So here is the question, I am wondering for example I will apply to probably all the pharmacy schools in California. Some pharmacy school requires more social/humanities units like UOP and I will not have enough of them before I apply. So I guess I will put them down in PharmCas planned courses. But what if I don't get in that specific pharmacy school that requires the extra social/humanity units, do I still have to finish all the social/humanities classes I put down on PharmCas planned courses?
