How much do we need to know about plant physiology? I read the plant section in AP Bio book and its soooo damn difficult to remember every little detail. Whereas KBB was much more clear and less stuff to memorize. I guess they only took the important stuff and left the rest behind. For example do we need to know (zone of elongation, zone of maturation, capillary action, casparian strips, cohesion, apoplast, sumplast, endodermis, etc...) the list can go on! Please let me know if KBB is enough? Thanks

The stuff you named is important...and not difficult to memorize. Everyone gets a different test, so its difficult to say whether or not you need to know it...but it can only help.

Some things are more important to study than others. Besides photosynthesis, plants are not one of those things. Know the basics and I'd say you're set.

Know plants well, the first two times i took exam i got lots of question on plants, i was wth... when i finally learned on my third time ( i knew it all) i got 0 quest on it!! So if you have time, learn it all

I think I had one plant hormone question and another about calvin cycle. I reviewed plants last since the frequency of plant question coming out is low.
