Potentially.

Its probably easier to make that if you are a surgeon 5 hours a week and a stock broker, business owner, or agent etc. for 100 hours a week.

So are you just rotating through competitive specialty forums and asking if you can net 1 million a year? You sound like a 15 year old that just did a "what occupation earns the most money" google search.

To earn that amount, you would probably have to work your way up slowly from your residency, and eventually become an average PS, and eventually if your lucky, open your own practice in an area which has not been overflown with surgeons already.
