Plastic Surgery NMRP Data

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Considering integrated plastics is not a part of the match, I wouldnt expect it to be in there.

OP, just know that whatever is listed on that survey probably isn’t accurate. Just realize that if their real salary was posted, most people will say it’s much lower because that just leads to people talking about how “overpaid” they are.

How is the NRMP data a survey? Not trying to be rude here but I don't get it. I wanted to know if there was anywhere I could get info for the independent plastics fellowship match data

NRMP data regarding the match is taken from applicant and accepted resident pools from the application process. It is real data, you are thinking about the program director survey which is a survey as stated in the name, but that is a different thing all together.

Integrated plastics is definitely part of the match. Plastics through gen surg as a fellowship is not.

Is there any data on the independent Pathway for Plastic Surgery Fellowship data because I didn't see it on

Thanks
The independent pathway (plastics after gen surg) is through the SF match, so you wouldn't find any data on it on the NRMP survey. I don't think the SF match publishes anything similar.

Integrated plastics is through the NRMP match, so data on the integrated match are available.
