Current 3rd yr med student, top 20% of class, average board scores, ?AOA member, few research publications & research awards, wondering if I'm competitive enough to match. Any clues? Appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks!

Your boards will probably hurt a lot unfortunately. Most successful matchees have every base covered: research, grades, & boards. Is there a program @ your school? You might be more competative there if they like you from a rotation.
