Hi
I am an IMG with mediocre MLE scores. I screwed up my scores. Now no matter what I can not change it. I am extremely interested in pursuing PM&R residency. I have been doing reserach in this field from last 2 years. I have published some abstracts and manuscripts. I also did 2 months observership in an university hospital.

I applied to nearly 30 programs which offer visas. I didn't get any interviews yet. I was wondering about my chances.

If I don't get any interviews this year, what can I do to improve my chances next year?

Please advice.

i have heard of some IMG's doing an accelerated D.O. program. Then after completion you will be M.D./D.O. The advantage is you can then reapply to U.S. residencies as an American medical graduate. Also if you do well on COMLEX exam maybe you can make up for prior scores.
