I am filling out the secondary application for Arizona and I have a question on one of the questions, I was wondering if someone can clarify it for me
---
Is there any information that is relevant to your ability to complete the A.T. Still University - Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health program and be eligible for licensure or employment that the University should consider?
---

Its a Yes/No Answer.

Since it is on the same page as the rest of the questions about being disciplined, is this what the question is referring to, or is it a good thing to say yes, if you can justify it. Say you were a nurse before applying to dental school then you would put yes, or something like that.

Thanks

Felony conviction, sexual crime conviction, drug addiction, disability preventing you from doing clinical work, chronic bad breath, etc. For most people wanting into dental school this answer should be no. If you really want to be rigorous you could check and see what the licensure requirements are for where you want to licensure.
