I have lots of job experience as an assistant in various practices. Should I say on AADSAS that am familiar with HIPPA, OSHA, and BLS certified? Is that dumb??

I think it would be rather implied because of your experience. I wouldn't list it, I'm not even planning on listing my ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as I don't wish to appear to be padding my application.
