Please give me your opinion, can i handle this course load?

Hi guys
with everyone's encouragement i went back and started kind of a Post bacc program this summer. So far ive gotten all A's and have brought up my GPA up to a 3.0. I already have a 26 on a previous MCAT but will be retaking in 12 days and hopefully will get closer to a thirty.

Now my transcript is full of C's and D's and im trying to repai as many as i can before next summer when ill be applying. for next semester i have picked

calculus
Organic I without lab ( i know it well from mcat studying)
Cell biology
Genetis (its a joke at my school)

My only fear is cell biology. The class is very dense and the professor has no mercy. the decision i have to make is wether to take Cell or Gen Bio 1. Im going to have to retake Bio1 anyways, but i wanted to do that at a community college this winter. What do you guys think?

A little background: i was a horrible student all college. immigrated to the states, worked full time and fell into a deep depression. I quit my job, went back to school, turned my life around and changed all my study habits and it is all paying off now. But this course load is going to be extremely heavy never the less and i would appreciate some feedback.

Thank you

I think you can, but it's not fair that Genetics was a killer at my school but a joke at yours...

I guess it kind of depends on how hard Cell Bio is at your school. Are you on MyEdu? It's a site that shows you grading information on profs in previous semesters. That might help you get even more of a feel for what to expect. This really all comes down to what you can handle and how hard you're willing and able to work. That said, I might advise you to just do the Bio class. Tackle Cell Bio when you feel more confident.

And for future reference, there is a thread devoted to these kinds of discussions. Just FYI
