I dont' know what to think about these programs so any comments would be appreciated. Yes, I already looked at scutwork.com and the mt sinai comments made me think maybe this wouldn't be as good for me. I learn best in a friendly environment, with a good balance between reading plus and clinical exposure, not 100% high volume without time to read...I know I listed a bunch of programs but my list is actually longer, these are some of the programs I'll be visiting so any comments would be most appreciated. I've been lurking and posting intermittently on this board for a while and find it really helpful. Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone on their interviews!!!

Mt Sinai,
Albert Einstein
UCLA harbor
Cedars Sinai
Northwestern McGaw Hill
Univ. Vt
Penn State Hershey
Univ. S. Florida
St Josephs in Phoenix, AZ
Univ Utah

Mt Sinai only offers 20 interviews for a total of 2 spots each year, and the interview lasts 2 days long.

Penn State Hershey

Penn State is all of what you said above. Not very busy with a very friendly env. Hershey is fairly insular, it is very small community. It is great for families, for single people your only social outlet is your fellow residents and the medical students...
