Can someone tell me what this whole order says?? I cannot read it.

So penicillin 5 million units by IV now, then 2.4-4 million units every 4 hours IV thereafter. Not sure what the word between the "u" and "IV" is.

"u" is for units -like insulin - and "IV" is for intravenous. The word between "u" and "IV" is a scratched out "then". The prescriber screwed up and wrote "then" by accident.
