Hi everyone
I would like to know what the STEP 1 test format/interface is like. Is the test interface, with the screen and all it's options etc., most similar to the old NBME, USMLE world or Qbank. THank you so much!

nbme and uw is more or less the same and just about the same as the real one

you can also dl the free 150qs on the usmle site and it comes with the interface, which is exactly what you will see and the setup also

I recommend the free NBME sample. It is exactly similar and contains the 15-minute tutorial. It would be helpful if you check the tutorial now so that you can skip it in the real exam. You will gain extra 15 minutes if you skip it. Plus, NBME free sample is close to the real one. Good luck 🙂
